We’re accustomed to seeing Palmer’s exceptional inks over Buscema on The Avengers, and over Gene Colan on The Tomb of Dracula, among many other titles. Those collaborations are legendary—but not on Conan. In fact, Palmer inked only three issues of the main Conan title. As you can see Buscema and Palmer make a great art duo on Conan.
