Please have a close look at this Surfer piece, it is truly amazing! The work that Buscema has done on this pencil piece really is to be admired. The shading alone is so wonderful. The Surfer appears three dimensional. It’s a nice touch that he is also surfing on the waves and not in the cosmos. c. 1980s
